Shipping to Canada
If your order is above $500 CAD before TAXES, and you are shipping to Canada you will be applicable for Free Shipping. If your order is below $500 CAD and you are shipping to Canada, you will have to pay a minimum of $30 CAD for shipping.
Shipping to USA
If your order is above $1000 USD before TAXES, and you are shipping to the United States of America, you will be applicable for free shipping. If your order is below $1000 USD and you are shipping to the United States of America, then you will have to pay a fee of $60 USD for shipping.
How long does it take to ship mosaic tiles over?
It will take on average 4-7 days for your product to arrive. If we are unable to meet that timeline, we will notify you via email. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
How do I track my order?
We have an order tracking software. We will email you your tracking code so that you can track the updates of your order. You can also email us and tell us your order # and we will give you a status update.

We offer free shipping on orders over $500 within Canada; and over $1000 within the United States. All items are packed safely in secured pallets or boxes depending on their size and are shipped through trusted carriers; i.e. UPS, FEDEX, and PUROLATOR.
Once ordered, we will send you a tracking number of the ordered package and the contact information of the shipping company. You can use the information to reach out to us for verifying the tracking information. With a guarantee, our products are delivered in a timely and safe manner. Local Pickup option is also available within Canada, Toronto, and US Chicago area.
No shipping charges incurred on purchases over $500 within Canada. For items below $500 – shipping charges would be $20 to 15%, whichever is higher. Orders under $1000 within the United States will be charged $20 to 15%, whichever is higher. Purchases more than $1000 are qualified for free shipping.
Customers are requested to check their products right at the time they are delivered to them. Any damages are to be reported as early as noticed. Damages can also be reported via email with a photo attached. Customers can notify the possible concealed damage immediately. Damages are not always visible; sometimes interior damage can also occur. So, it is advisable to check the products right at the time they are handed over to you by the freight company. In case if the replacement is needed, the replaced product will be shipped through the same method and the same location initially chosen.
Products purchased from Décor Papa must arrive back to us in the same condition as when it was packed in our warehouse before getting delivered. Brocken or cut pieces or item with stain or glue on it will not be accepted. Once the return is confirmed you will be refunded within 48 business hours.
Return addresses for US and Canada:
Amount to be refunded for your returned item will be credited to your bank or Credit Card Company directly; depending on the mode of payment you have used for your purchase.
