Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure the confidentiality, protection, and appropriate use of
emails and any information contained within emails sent by the Company.
Recipient Obligations
The Recipient agrees to:
Keep all email content confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written
consent.
Use the information solely for its intended purpose.
Implement reasonable security measures to protect email confidentiality.
Notify the customer immediately if an email containing Confidential Information is accessed,
shared, or used without authorization.
